Please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

• The Prop Room is strictly non-smoking
• No illegal drugs are to be taken into or consumed on the premises
• Scat play and blood play are not permitted in The Prop Room
• The quoted rate is for a maximum of 2 people. Additional guests may only be accommodated by prior arrangement with us and there will be an extra fee of AED xxx per person
• The Prop Room is not responsible or liable for any injury sustained on the premises
• Please wipe down all furniture down after use, wipe all used toys and place them in the plastic boxes provided so we can clean them thoroughly afterwards. It is common courtesy that our guests leave the Suite in acceptable order upon departure e.g., all used toys in the provided cleaning box with used condoms etc removed. Glasses and plates in the sink used towels in the basket etc.
• Please use the condoms provided with all insertables
• Check-in is at 6 pm (unless another time is arranged with us in advance), check out is before 12 o’clock (noon). Please also enquire if you would like a later check-out – we may have to make an additional charge for this.
• The Prop Room is in an industrial area. We want you to enjoy all the facilities and understand that a certain amount of noise is unavoidable, but please respect our neighbours too, especially late at night.
• We trust our guests and the majority of our guests have been trustworthy in return. However, on occasion, items have been removed from the Suite. We must remind you that we do keep a full inventory of all the toys and items in the Suite and will take appropriate action to recover any that are removed.

Location:

The location of the prop room and directions will be send with the booking confirmation.

Before Arrival:
Please ensure that the balance of your booking is paid in full the day before your arrival at the latest.

On the day:
Please send us a confirmation text on the morning of your arrival, and we will in turn confirm in response. Our number is 058 578 3928. Check in for an overnight stay is 6 pm sharp, unless otherwise agreed with Queen Minerva; please make sure to contact us if you are delayed on the day or require a different check-in time.

On your Arrival:
The Prop Room team will welcome you on arrival to ensure that everything is set for your night and to show you around if it is your first visit and show you how to safely use any equipment you may not be sure about. For an overnight stay, complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee are included. Soft drinks, chocolates are available on previous request.

Your Departure:
It is common courtesy that our guests leave the venue in acceptable order upon departure e.g., all used toys in the provided cleaning box with used condoms etc removed. Glasses and plates in the sink, used towels in basket etc. Thank you!

Parking:
There is parking available outside The Prop Room. It is also possible to use Uber/Careem to reach the location, however they may experience a little difficulty, as the location is not on a main road.

Soft and hot drinks and snacks are available in the room as follows, but do feel free to bring your own (including alcohol if you wish) Any special requests will be quoted for and approved prior to your stay Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Bottled Water are all complimentary
